Dr. Lewis was very welcoming and nice to talk to throughout the procedure. Everything was kept very professional and the appointment went by in no time at all. No problems with the aftercare.
It’s so heartbreaking when you do research to find the right doctor for your pain, just to find out that the doctor’s whole practice is designed for profit instead of patient care.The entire initial consultation was a sales pitch. A doctor that really cares about his patients!! He always goes the 'extra mile' for everyone! He has treated my husband, myself and to many runners to count and everyone without exception sings his praises! He does not allow the Insurance companies for preventing him from utilizing innovative and creative treatments to get the patient better. It is never about the money for this man, he cares so much about patients. It’s unbelievable. I can't give a higher recommendation!

I should have gone to Dr. Lewis from the beginning. I injured my ankle and initially received care at a walk-in clinic associated with an orthopedic group. I was referred to their foot specialist, who placed me in a boot for two months. Despite this, I continued to experience pain and was eventually told that I would need surgery. I saw Dr. Lewis at the high recommendation of many friends who are patients of his. When I first met him he was cold and dismissive. Over the course of treatment for plantar fasciitis, he basically put me in a boot for 2 months and then gave me no direction for after this was done. He made me feel bad for asking for PT, and was short and curt at every appointment. He's all about the money, opportunistically selling supplies, orthotics, medications, etc., not covered by insurance. I've also noted that the billings to insurance describe a greater level of work than what was done. Very nice staff, but the orientation toward making money is blatantly obvious and disturbing. It destroys all confidence in any recommendations this doc might make. It's almost like dealing with an auto dealership service department and the associated 'up-selling'. Who needs that from a medical practice?
