I have a dog that can open my main door and escape, that’s how I ended up calling Giddy Up. I obviously read the reviews and wanted to see if the company is really as good as the review says—they’re not—they’re way better. I called Tom and every inquiry-both good and bad-nuanced and annoying-are all answered. He is even keeled, the type of person that anyone wants to deal with. Excellent work. Man of Great Character. Technician Filmore arrived on time. He was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. He also explained to me questions I had the way I could understand easily. It meant a lot, especially the only knowledge I have on the garage door was simply press the button. On May 18, 2026 Earned 5 more STARS I hired Giddy Up Garage Doors & Iron for the second time.
