We just purchased a Giddens Home and I must say I have never seen so many simple little corners cut. The home we purchased was used but is a more recent build. Every where I look I see poor design and cut corners. They do not put recessed lighting in, they did not put water at the second fridge location (external wall to boot). There are no gas hook-ups for the dryer only electric, light switches placed at inconvenient locations (behind doors so you have to open the door and then close the door to turn the light on).
