RecommendedI came around this place when looking for an F-150. The sales guy Vince was absolutely amazing and helped me find the perfect truck right in my price range. What I appreciate the most was how honest and genuinely helpful he was. In July of this year my husband purchased a 2017 RAM 2500 Heavy Duty Cumming Diesel. Truck had less than 35,000 miles. Within the firsts few weeks my husband noticed some pulling issues with the truck and contacted Gibson Truck world to correct the issues. He brought the truck in and they claimed to have fixed the problem but my husband said that it seemed worse and Gibson Truck World said that the pulling was to be expected with the lift and that they couldn’t do anything else about it. We love our new truck however! We drove up from Delray Beach this morning.....prior to our visit we put a deposit of 500.00 deposit to hold our truck until the Saturday by The following day on Wednesday we received a phone call asking if we were coming that day, we reminded them of waiting for our work week to be over we have a 3 hour drive and We would be coming Saturday. They rip me off 1500 on my trade in. Told me they give 4500 and when they got my registration number, they came back and told me my title was a salvage from their car fax check and offered 3000 instead . Well I got the original title and it was not a salvage let alone the car I traded in was bought as a certified vehicle. When I informed them they were wrong. They told me pretty much oh well because they got rid of my trade already. Don’t believe the car fax

Mr. Ambros, In regards to your purchase 2 years ago. We didn't rip you off $1,500 on your trade. We offer you $4,500 sight unseen. Upon the arrival of the vehicle and the Carfax being run we didn't receive back a clean Carfax, The CarFax showed a red flag. We informed you of our suggestions on not trading in the vehicle. Waste of my time and gas. I went there Saturday trying to get the truck I wanted and I had good credit, they told me a co-signer and at least 6k down.. came back today (Monday) and they said they can’t get the truck approved for me! No calls! No texts! I drove back out there and was told to get a different co-signer or add 10k down. Almost more than half of what the truck costs already. 1hr later I left with no truck. A smaller buy here pay here would’ve gotten you approved faster!
Bought a truck here from Vince. This is the best experience I ever had buying a Truck. There wasn’t a bad truck or deal on the lot. Vince and everyone there that helped me were so laid back and incredible they really care . I drove 2 hours to get there they even gave me gas money.
