While the ease of ordering and timely delivery was appreciated, the floral arrangement that was delivered did not look like what I had ordered. In addition, after even selecting 'deluxe' to ensure that the arrangement would be fuller, the delivered product looked a bit sparse and disappointing. Lastly, flowers the wrong color were included in the bouquet. Since it was a sympathy bouquet - I would have thought more care would be put into it. Absolutely wonderful florist!! I recently had a whirlwind wedding request with only 3 days to plan. I came in to Gibson the Florist to see if they could throw something together on such short notice. Dawn was such a pleasure to work with, she communicated very clearly and her work was exceptional. The bridal bouquet she put together was stunning!! The bride was so happy with the flowers. I walked in ordered and 20 minutes later I walked out with a beautiful arrangement. Everyone was supper friendly flowers were absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend!
I have order from Gibson a couple times now. I live in GA but my mom is in Deleware so I wanted to find a good place to get flowers from when I needed. They have never failed me. They’re always delivered on time and the arrangements are always so beautiful. This last one I ordered I went big for my moms birthday, it was a bit smaller and less extravagant than the photo when ordering portrayed so that was a tiny bit upsetting but nonetheless they were gorgeous and she was so happy.
