Absolutely wonderful florist!! I recently had a whirlwind wedding request with only 3 days to plan. I came in to Gibson the Florist to see if they could throw something together on such short notice. I have order from Gibson a couple times now. I live in GA but my mom is in Deleware so I wanted to find a good place to get flowers from when I needed. They have never failed me. They’re always delivered on time and the arrangements are always so beautiful. This last one I ordered I went big for my moms birthday, it was a bit smaller and less extravagant than the photo when ordering portrayed so that was a tiny bit upsetting but nonetheless they were gorgeous and she was so happy. We went in to find a floral arrangement or potted plant for a memorial service. We found a beautiful potted plant, thanks to the very kind and helpful staff. The selection was great, and the young lady who took care of us was knowledgeable and so helpful. I will 100% patronize Gibson the Florist from now on.
Stunning Arrangement and Attention to Detail! I just ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to a dear friend recovering from surgery. This was my first time using Gibson, but since they are local I thought I would give them a shot. Just got a photo of the arrangement they delivered and it was absolutely stunning. I just described my friend's preferences in flowers and gave them a budget and the florist took it from there! Highly recommend for quality of their flowers and the speed of the delivery. Will I use again? You bet
I ordered an arrangement over the phone long distance as a Christmas delivery and there was a misunderstanding to what I had wanted. I emailed and heard back from the owner within 24 hours. We worked everything out together and I felt very validated. A new arrangement was sent out more to my liking at no additional charge. Customer satisfaction is definitely top priority for Gibsons Florist and I am glad I reached out to them.
