Good service An excellent company to deal with.
Great Company Called company to pump my tank as regular maint. Very pleasant person scheduled my work for the next day between 10:00 and Noon. Truck arrived at 10:10. Man was very perfessional and he knew his business. He located tank pumped it out ,inspected tank and completed his job before 11:00. I had called this company due to the many good reviews. They were right on. I will gladly recommend this company to all my friends.

Repeat customer This is the second time I used Gibson. I called around 9AM for a cleaning and they arrived within an hour. As is the case the first time I used them, which was 3 years ago, the personnel is pleasant and friendly.
Highly Recommended!! We had purchased our home and have been in it for 8 weeks. The toilets, tub and shower backed up overnight. I called and they came promptly the following day. I called late that afternoon and scheduled it. They arrived and were very polite, professional, fast, thorough and left little telltale signs of ever being there. The big bonus for me was the very reasonable price. Pleasant experience made out of a bad situation.
Gibson is the company to call we were having backup problems in the shower and toiletswe called Gibson Septic and they came to our house and did a excellent job, the service tech took time to answer all our questions and was very profesional, i will use Gibson again and will recomend them to everyone i know.
The BEST!!!!! I called Gibson at 4 pm today because I had matter from my toilets backing up into my bathtubs! Panicked, I asked Leah if they could help me. She said there was an after hour charge but shed do the the best she could. Within ten minutes she called back to say she had a truck and two guys on the way. They came immediately, emptied my tank, pulled a clog from a pipe, explained everything and were so nice. And all before 5 0'clock! She could have esily waited, but she didnt. After reading the comment, of course we tried calling him in order to achieve resolve. However he would not return our calls, nor did he ever call us to complain, nor to ask any questions regarding the inspection.
