Under specked our home for the proper system, never got the system properly working for an entire year. Over charged us for accessories; $750 plus &95 install to replace our existing thermostats ( online cost less than $125 each) because they couldnt make ours work, etc and then told us to basically pound sand, that they would send the same techs back out to fix what they couldnt fix multiple times. Gibson Lovell did a great job! My HVAC was acting up and Gibson Lovell sent Kevin out to the house. He explained the problem to me, recommending that I replace the condenser fan motor. I hesitated and decided to wait and see. Well, of course it got worse. Two days later I called their office and Jeri said the owner was in Savannah and if she could get him in time, he might be able to pick up the part i needed.
