Ken is always professional
First time I’ve seen a company that isn’t greedy. They came out and saw my hvac systems that weren’t working were still under warranty with another company and recommended I contact them to save money. I’ll be 100% using their service in the future for new installs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Ken came same day and took a look at my furnace which wasn’t working properly. He fixed it up, explained what was going on and what the fix was, and provided some things to look out for with my furnace going forward. Reasonably priced. Would absolutely work with Gibson Heating & Cooling again.
