Ken and his team were efficient, took the time to explain everything with our system, and most importantly honest. They didn’t try to upsell us on things we don’t need, which is so common these days that it’s very much appreciated that they stuck to only the things that were actually needed. We absolutely plan on using Gibson moving forward for all our HVAC needs.

Called their service and Ken called me back within minutes. Scheduled service for the next day. Ken and another tech arrived promptly at 8 am as scheduled and checked out the a/c system. Breaker had popped. He replaced the fuses and check Freon levels. Unit looks good. Charged only for the service call. Prompt friendly and professional. Will definitely use in the future.
