Ken came same day and took a look at my furnace which wasn’t working properly. He fixed it up, explained what was going on and what the fix was, and provided some things to look out for with my furnace going forward. Reasonably priced. Would absolutely work with Gibson Heating & Cooling again.
Ken is very honest and upfront about pricing and services needed. I appreciate him showing me what was wrong with my furnace and also pointing out other things he noticed. I will definitely be reaching out for future services.
