I LOVE Dr. Gibson and his staff. My husband was in the military for 18 years so we have moved around a lot. I have many health issues and have seen many doctors both nationwide and in the Topeka area and they are, based on all the doctors I have seen here, the first and ONLY practice/doctors in Topeka that are competent, caring, helpful and understanding. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! Dr. Gibson and his office staff are very kind, respectful, and most important, THEY LISTEN! I am very happy to have found Dr. Gibson, I have never felt like I was on an assembly line waiting to be rushed out the door, Dr. Gibson takes all the time I need to listen to me and access my health problem. He is also willing to look at holistic approaches I might suggest as viable solutions if he feels they could be of help. A very good doctor indeed!
