In my experience - Utterly useless and unprofessional. Don't respond to emails and Don't provide critical information to clients. Arrogant.
I had a traffic offence that I wanted to take to court. The lawyer and assistant were essentially uncontactable. I gathered all my necessary documents, support letters and fresh evidence of a new mental health diagnosis to submit to prosecution. None of these documents were submitted to the magistrate or prosecution. I also had documentation that I was a carer for my mother with dementia.
