I wouldn't recommend noone renting through here very bad experience false fees following me for property damage they charge for carpet,blinds down right slumlords.. I hate everything about this company.
One of the worst property management companies you can find. If you are looking to rent from them do your research. They will make up fees to charge you and take forever to fix items you report as broken.
THIS PROPERTY IS UNSAFE, A HEATH HAZARD AND THERE ARE SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT THE BUILDING STRUCTURE. THEY THREATENED EVICTIONS EVERY MONTH EVEN THOUGH TENANTS ARE GETTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE ERAP PROGRAM. MY FRIENDS APARTMENT IS LEAKING FROM THE CEILING IN MORE THAN 5 DIFFERENT PLACES.
