I was so afraid to make appointments. I'd dread the visit so bad I eventually just let really important health concerns slide. I finally built up enough nerve to find another doctor-just in time. My hypothyroidism progressed as a result of no action from the doctor following bloodwork; and heaven forbid a patient discusses their mental health without feeling lije theyll be committed! Might be better off going to a walk in clinic. She’s awful.
(To be clear, this review is for Chouinard, who took over the practice in 2021). Excessively loud voice, inappropriate conduct with 14 y/o patient exam, and a lengthy list of disenfranchised patients...My daughter was horrified with her first appointment, as the Dr. was highly unprofessional during a vulnerable examinination. since Dr. Gibney left this office is the worst I ever dealt with... Receptionists never answer your calls they put you on hold without asking..and as far as this doctor is concerned ..she talks down to you and doesn't listen to your concerns. I rate the whole office a zero. I am so grateful I found another family dr and left this practice...
Worst family doctor I’ve ever seen. The receptionists are jerks who just give you crap when they get a bill for taking your child somewhere else during after hours. Some people can’t afford to take multiple days off to just wait for one of your openings. 0 stars would not advise.
