Worst family doctor I’ve ever seen. The receptionists are jerks who just give you crap when they get a bill for taking your child somewhere else during after hours. Some people can’t afford to take multiple days off to just wait for one of your openings. 0 stars would not advise.
Dr. Chouinard is the worst family doctor and health practitioner I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Would give -100 stars if I could. It's more likely to get a coffee date with Beyoncé than it is to get through on the phone to book an appointment with her! She's rude and condescending to her patients (I overheard her yelling at an elderly man for forgetting his meds), and her office staff are chaotic and incompetent (I've been trying to transfer my medical records for 3 months and counting).
