⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a wonderful experience at Gibbs Infusion Center during my chemo treatments. For my last two sessions, I was lucky to have Jama as my nurse, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Jama took the time to answer all my questions and really helped make the whole process feel a little bit easier and less overwhelming. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism she showed. Thank you, Jama, and thank you to the entire team at Gibbs for everything you do!
Customer service is what I got when “Lynn” answered the phone. She LISTENED to my needs and was able to facilitate my urgent medical needs. Above and beyond! No complaints here. She made Gibbs infusion center Look good. Thank you Next time I am in town I will call Gibbs infusion center.
Staff shows zero empathy or kindness. They just jab you and get paid. Quality of care is less than desirable. If what a nurse annotated in my chart is true, they may have a hippa violation problem. They also cannot bill correctly. One month your bill is fine, same treatment the next month and your bill is rejected with errors all over. I've spent hours on the phone trying to fix the billing mistakes. 4 more jabs and I never have to see them again.
