I called about reliving some tree stumps and brush. They recommended a mini excavator for the job. I was able to pick it up on Friday with 8 hours run time included in my rental. Saturday I started and it worked amazing. So many stumps and beep much brush moved. Sunday we started but got rained out. I only went over 1 hour on my run time. This place is good as gold, Cheyenne has been in this industry for 30 + years he knows his stuff. I have bought machines from him and been overly impressed and taken care of. His shop is the only shop that can get you in and out in a timely manner when all the other shops in town are backlogged for months and your machine will just sit. When you deal with Cheyenne you will see this man knows his stuff and cares about the customer. And takes pride in his business renting and repairing these machines. Absolutely horrible Customer service, was talking to Cheyenne (owner) directly and he just makes you feel like he is much much better than you, “90k machine this, 90k machine that”. I’ve rented from this guy 8-10 times and never been an issue. The one time I don’t have my physical Copy of my ID on me he accuses me of “not being a licensed business owner” “not having money in my bank account” having a “illegitimate email” (even tho that’s the email he received and reviewed my request for the machine) just everything about thi... read more
