I love the new bar expansion! Beautifully decorated and has a great staff!
The service was amazing, second to none. The food was ok. We didn't feel that the overall value was in line with the prices. This is not to mistaken with quantity. Quantity is not the driving factor for us, but rather preparation, balance of flavors, attention to detail and of course presentation. Our favorites of the evening were the appetizers. The main entrees fell short of our expectations. We would go back to visit for apps and Allagash.
The new bar is beautiful and looks like it was always there. Staff is top notch and food so tasty. We love this place.
I has the farm burger. Best I ever had. Our waiter while very nice and all, forgot our bread and forgot to tell us the dessert special. No big deal for either thing. But very good over all.

We have been to Gibbet Hill many times and we always love it. We go for anniversaries and birthdays and it's a great special occasion place. Last night was my birthday, so we took our 5 year old son with us and they do great with the kids. I ordered the New York strip, the beet salad and the baked potato. It was delicious as always. I ordered the coconut buttercream cake for dessert and they put a candle in it for my birthday. It was so sweet of them.
