Great location, friendly staff, excellent service. Has a fantastic bar and plenty of space to walk around either before or after a sumptuous meal! A good friend recommended the Gibbet Hill, super choice!

Beautiful grounds, delicious food and drinks, fabulous atmosphere, extremely pleasant staff. One of our favorite “go to’s” with friends. A must if you’re in the area or want to try a farm to table restaurant.
We always love our meals at Gibbet, but tonight was exceptional because of the hostess, Karen and our waiter (dark hair in the bar area - sorry, forgot his name). They really made our night!!! And the blueberry cobbler and tuna app were the best!!! Thanks for making our night!
Mussels and tuna tartar were our appetizers. 6 oz filet and sirloin tips with a couple added shrimp 🍤 for the main course. Baked potato, maple glazed carrots and zucchini for the sides. Bloody Mary of course, a Gibbet Hill draft and a rum hurricane cocktail. Our server, Dana, was great. A farm to table restaurant where they are the farm. 110 miles from home but we will be back! FANTASTIC!!
