Karen at reception does not have great manners at all. Questioned me when I had to move my daughter's appointment due to a final exam, telling me exams are done (not that it's her business at all, but no....she has an exam that day) to even question and further argue the fact with me was so strange. Anyways. Go to the other Ortho in Lethbridge
An excellent "Invisalign" experience. Great staff, thorough information, wonderful, warm and welcoming. LOVE my new smile!
