This place is amazing! Dr. Giardina and all of her staff is soo nice and welcoming. My children love seeing the office dog Jerry and on the first visit when my daughter was very nervous they gave her a squish mellow and friendship bracelet and always give both my kids coloring pages and when we went this week, it was free ice cream from smileys for everyone!!! The office is beautifully decorated and I love that they don’t push doing procedures unless absolutely necessary!
We had our first visit to Giardina Orthodontics and were blown away by the experience! The team made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Jenny was super helpful and went above and beyond to make my boys feel comfortable. The office tour was a nice touch, and meeting Jerry was definitely a highlight! The best orthodontist in the Valley! My daughter went through treatment and now we are back for my son to begin his. Very thorough and knowledgeable, best environment with puppy snuggles, fun photo booth, refreshments, modern decor and the friendliest staff!
Our first appointment was seamless. I loved the way they treated my child as if she were the most important one there. She was brought in to all conversations even though I was the adult and one making decisions. She was given a tour of the entire office so she didn't have to ask about everything. And her energy was accepted and cherished. I look forward to returning in a few months to potentially begin the braces/expander process.
Giardina Orthodontics is a wonderful place! They have a sweet office mascot named Jerry. The office staff and environment is so welcoming. My teen feels very comfortable going in, signing herself in and taking care of all of it. Would highly recommend this place!
