Gets the work done quickly and for a reasonable price. Licensed and bonded which I need for my own liability. They can chipper shred my tree limbs and stumps on the spot and either leave them for me to spread around my own landscaping or take it all away. Rod is a great guy too!
We were very pleased with the service. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and we were happy with the job that was done. They did a good job of cleaning up after. The price was fair. We will hire them again if we ever have need of a tree service.
They arrived earlier than agreed but the work was sloppy. They seemed too rushed to properly clean up their mess.
I had my CA Sycamore removed by Giant Tree Service and they went above and beyond!! They cut the tree down to a stump and used a stump grinder for removal. Not only did they do a superb job grinding the stump down, ensuing no re-accruing growth can occur, they left the area nicely finished and cleaned up. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors!
These people arrived late with broken tools. Ross the supervisor left to get his tools fixed and I the house owner had to go out and supervise the crew. Nothing got done unless I got on them. I had them here to clear tree limbs from around electrical wires and clear brush. Very llittle got done unless I supervised. I have witnessed Giant Tree Services work for the 21 years. I find the crews and Ross excellent and responsive as it relates to customer care. Tree work requires experience and to the untrained eye is easily scrutinized. This firm has always produced quality and experienced work and I recommend them for your services. Cindy McCall
