Awesome customer service! Went in to get winter tires put on a work rig. Didn't even have to drop it. They got it in right away and I was out of there in just over an hour with the new tires put on. The lady at the front desk is super friendly. She showed us the tire options and gave recommendations. They'll be my go to for anything tire related from now on.
They are the BEST! They never try to up sell. They have always tried and succeeded in repair first. I will never go anywhere else for tires!
Not only does Giant Tire fix tires, they have a grill going sometimes too!
I’ve been using their services for decades and have always been well received and accommodated. Over the years and many types of vehicles, I have only had a budget for used tires and always got good quality tires that lasted (sometimes outlived my old rigs) for a reasonable price. Got my first set of winter studs in 2017 and am back for this season’s change-out. Owner and crew have been fabulous!

Even though their best service man the ever had packed up and left 6yrs ago the owner/saleswoman/brains, (Sue), of the operation is the best person in the whole world. not only is the office and shop friendly and personable, they are good, the best and most knowledgable at what they do. a customer can go into the shop and learn first hand whats going on.
