I just took my sons car here to get his snow tires on. When we went to pick it up today I dropped him off and waited while he paid. As we approached his car the back hatch was found to have a huge dent in it and the latch was hanging off, barely attached...inside his old tires were shoved in there with no bags and a pool of oil on the carpet and the back of the seats soiled with oil too. RecommendedHad EXACTLY what I needed and fast service. Called the day before and got there early. Drove in from three hours out and got in a lot of Fairbanks shopping as well. Highly recommend.

Came in, asked how long it would be to get a tire done. They said hours, and they would call. Never called. we Called after 4 and a half hrs. They answer, was rude. hung up on us. I call again ask for the manager, she says he isnt there. I ask when will he be in? she says she doesnt know. I ask will he/she be in tomorrow? oh I thought you meant owner. They got me in as soon I walked in very kid friendly I had both my babies so they were completely understanding !! I can’t recommend them enough 💕 they made sure everything was good before I left and I am definetely coming back
