Love this store, I barely get out of the produce section!
Just tried to return a book that my husband bought and I bought the same book yesterday. Had my receipt and NO! She turned around and pointed to a sign that said No Returns on Books or Magazines. She said people were reading them and bringing them back. So, I am being treated as though I lied!
Disrespectful employees towards my 17month old. Highly unsatisfying experience. Gave him horrible looks, comments, and speaking nasty to him. I plan to call corporate tomorrow and complain further. Horrible customer service at Washington PA giant eagle.
Apparently if you work in the sizzling wok and chef prepared foods, and the two guys at the deli are overwhelmed, you just stand there, arms crossed and talk with each other.
