Love the store and the grocery staff, but the woman working at the Pharmacy this evening at 5:45 pm was very rude and sarcastic. I will be following up with management on her. (If she were on my staff she would be terminated.) Absolutely horrendous customer service.
Came into the store 15 minutes before closing, got my 40 dollars worth of items and heard the closing calls. Dale was saying, cashier needs to go home, twice. I checked out at 10pm, you close at 10. Felt very rushed and unappreciated as a customer, guess you can do that when you are the only grocery store in town, very sad. I now will go everywhere else I can to get my groceries. Very expensive Liquor store rules are ignorant wouldnt sell me a bottle cause i had my kid with me and he stepped inside on accident into the liquor store,meat selection sucks ,milk and dairy is all the way over on the north side of the store,soup base powder isnt even close to the soups fruits and veggies are old looking.That store has the market cornered in Geneva
