I have been fighting an upper respiratory infection for two weeks . I'm on my second round of antibiotics. On my way home from work Friday I decided to stop here at giant eagle to see about getting some new over-the-counter medicine . I have been using DayQuil and NyQuil faithfully for the last 10 days. I asked the pharmacist what he would recommend . He actually spoke to me as if he really cared. He recommended Mucinex D. Super impressed with an associate at York Town Giant Eagle. I grabbed a package of chicken and the bottom was a little slimy from chicken juices leaking out. I was looking for paper towels or something to clean my hands. Next thing I know, the gentleman from the meat dept is handing me a damp paper towel with sanitizer on it and he offered to re-wrap the chicken for us so it would get on the rest of our groceries. Some of the best people I have ever met work at Yorktown. They are incredibly dedicated and hard working and always smiling. This has and always will be my "home grocery store."
I would like to take a moment and let you know I had an amazing experience Saturday Evening. Linda your team lead in the floral department made me two beautiful bouquets for my kids dance recital. She was very professional and so helpful. You have a great employee in her and she was very helpful. I will definitely recommend your floral shop to my friends because of her.
