Literally every time I go to pick up my prescription I’m greeted with a miserable pharmacist and my medication not being ready despite getting notified it’s ready. Im going to spartan down the street from now on.
My experience at this pharmacy was very subpar. On this day 1/3/26 I came into the pharmacy visibly ill from the flu just coming in from urgent care, was told it would take 30 minutes, then we waited 30 minutes or so and the technician again told us that it would take another half an hour. This is very upsetting because this is medication that need to be taken promptly so I can feel better this is not a maintenance medication. Dave the “pharmacist” is the worst healthcare professional I have ever dealt with. He’s rude, impatient, lacks compassion, and dismissive of the very people he’s meant to be helping! Take your business elsewhere !
Pharmacy staff are ok. Their online refill system is trash. Can't tell if your rx is ready and it doesn't alert you like it should. so you have to call which completely defeats the purpose of having an online refill system.
Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone. I’ve called the last 3/4 months because they don’t start working on my prescription until I talk to someone. So I have to physically go stand in line just to get them to start filling it. Then it’s another 30min wait. Just don’t know how it’s acceptable? Ridiculous
