RecommendedIt's the end of July, and normally I'd be making a trip to Giant Eagle to pick up gallon jugs of water and various supplies for my camp at Cooper's Lake. Pennsic isn't happening this year, but I wanted to say how much I appreciate the fact that I can always count on your store to carry what I need to get things set up. Looking forward to seeing you again next summer!
Wife just went to the deli counter to order steaks....employees response? “I’m trying to get out of here I don’t have time to trim anything. It’s Saturday try again tomorrow” We don’t need them for tomorrow. Great customer service. What a joke.
so today I was at the store in cranberry around 5pm , the wife and I stopped in the bakery section for something I wanted to snack on, asked the lady if they had it and she took off her mask to answer my question, needless to say I was kind of upset, I have leukemia and I would rather not get covid-19 , this was pretty irresponsible
Poor customer service at the pharmacy! I went to drop off my prescription at the pharmacy and the tech was extremely judge mental and rude. Also they had to call my doctor for verification (totally understand). I spoke with my doctors office and they never called. Talk about LAZY! My husband then went into to grab my medication for me and the same clerk was rude and shoved him out the door without answering any of our questions.
It’s a shame you guys closed the Eagles Nest - that was my main reason I would Shop there
Customer service is terrible.... deli workers were totally put out that people wanted service. Change your hours if you aren’t going to work! The cashier literally stared at her phone the entire time she checked me out. The cashier manager was totally dismissive when I tried to give feedback on the iphone woman.
I absolutely love the staff at the Eagles Nest! Please reconsider closing it permanently!! It’s so helpful to so many parents who probably get more time to spend money while children are cared for in the eagles nest! Maybe just limit it to weekend hours � #savethenest
Way to remove parking for new/expectant mothers and disabled veterans just so you can create spaces for your curbside express! There is ONE space for mothers and ZERO for vets.
