Nice team of workers working hard to accommodate the influx of customers from closed pharmacies like Rite Aid. I appreciate their efforts on my behalf.
They’re fast but I feel so awkward with their staff. Now the signs that says stay back 12 feet wait to be called is off putting. I think it looks bad making someone stand there while staff are just talking. They were so awkward with me and then perfectly friendly with the lady behind me. I’ve always felt awkward picking up my meds here. Why aren’t they friendly to everyone? I am shy and am very uncomfortable with these interactions if they were friendly it would help tremendously. Mostly unfriendly staff.
Calling over 100 minutes prior to my anticipated arrival time to ensure scripts would be ready apparently has no effect: “Thanks for your call but you still might have to wait ten minutes for us to refill your scripts after you get here to pick them up.” NOT quality customer service, that’s for sure, Valerie.
