The pharmacy could truly use some management of some kind. It’s an ongoing issue. It’s the staff. Why do they hate working there? The wait averages around 15 minutes then to be greeted by unhappy humans. I’m sorry to call you all unhappy but there’s not a smile in the pharmacy. Such hardworking staff. And unlike other pharmacies, they actually answer the phone.
I just came back to give them 1 star again and saw I already did this. Still sucks
Very bad pharmacy
Calling in a few hours (three hours) before my arrival to ask that my in-process prescriptions be filled and ready for me does no good: two times now I’ve done that, and have received affirmative assurances from the staff that all of my scripts will be ready for me when I arrive. Of course when I get here the scripts are NOT ready as if I’d not called in the first place. What a frigging joke of a pharmacy this place is.
