They act like I ruined their day by coming there for a prescription. Horrible attitude. I worked several years as a pharmacy technician so I know what it takes. I could work circles around these techs and speak to people kindly. Giant Eagle won't care until it hits their bottom line.

The pharmacist at Swissvale Giant Eagle decided to take a paternalistic interest in my medical care and withheld an antidepressant that I’ve come to depend on for over 10 years. I go into a severe depression without it. Yet this Giant Eagle Pharmacist insisted that the atypical dose I had been prescribed and have been taking for decades must be stopped.
