Rite Aid screwed all of us by selling our prescription to Giant Eagle all locations they knew that they couldn’t handle the overload of prescriptions they either can’t find the prescription or they have to order the medication it’s totally ridiculous and Giant Eagle Pharmacy employees thinks it’s funny that customers are getting pissed off they don’t want to have to deal with Rite Aid’s Customers!!! Already moved the whole family to Walgreens. Unprofessional and rude employees
I decided to try this pharmacy again after Rite Aide closed, and it was a mistake. This pharmacy is on a downward slope. I appreciate other pharmacies so much more now after having recently experienced this one.
Haven't received my prescription for 3 weeks and have not heard from them. Also, they never pick up the phone.
The pharmacy employees are not there to help, they are there to cause trouble. They call me the day before and tell me my refill is ready. I go to get my medicine the next day. They tell me it is not available. So why did you call me and tell me it is ready! She repeated 3 times that your medicine is not available. I said I am not stupid and that I understand. But why did you call me and tell me it is ready?
They like to waste peoples time here so unless you must get your prescription in this certain spot just find an alternative.
