I have been filling my family’s prescriptions here for a couple years now and the staff is amazing! Everyone is kind and courteous and helpful. Even though they got a huge influx of customers after Rite Aid closed, the interruption to our service was minimal.
The staff at this pharmacy are fantastic. Always helpful and very friendly. They are working so hard to keep up with the extra workload of all the Rite Aid prescriptions.
Always get good service here. Employees go out of their way to get insurance companies to approve early filling of prescriptions.
Rite Aid screwed all of us by selling our prescription to Giant Eagle all locations they knew that they couldn’t handle the overload of prescriptions they either can’t find the prescription or they have to order the medication it’s totally ridiculous and Giant Eagle Pharmacy employees thinks it’s funny that customers are getting pissed off they don’t want to have to deal with Rite Aid’s Customers!!! Already moved the whole family to Walgreens. Unprofessional and rude employees
