Worst giant eagle in their chain
OK my wife and I stand in line at the courtesy desk for 34 minutes trying to get our work checks cashed and while we're waiting for the teller to run it through another lady came and said that we could not cash them there. .but yet I know for a fact that the check is good because 2 of our managers had cashed both of theirs. So in a professional way it would be " great if the people who are in charge would act like Regular compassionate ordinary people.
This store carries everything you could possibly need regardless of how ridiculously over priced everything is.
Couldn't ask for a better selection, experience or staff! A+ in my book!
I was highly disappointed in your hot food selection on 12-24-13 at 1:30pm you had no good Mac and cheese no mash potatoes and what little you had left was dried up disgusting;you all charge to much money for your hot food to sell that type of quality
I want to acknowledge a woman who I thought was an amazing worker. Her name is Leona and I think she is so wonderful. I came into Giant Eagle in a pretty awful mood and I had to get some lunch meat from the deli. Well when I got there I expected bad customer service like I have experienced in the past. We made a stop at this GE in Bridgeville and were reminded why we don't regularly shop here. Almost every time we stop here, we leave frustrated. The store doesn't have much selection, the shelves are empty many times, and the store doesn't have a very nice overall clean feel. And to top it off, hardly any checkout lines open and hardly any baggers. We will definitely continue to shop other places!
I been in that store way before Gaint Eagle came to town and I have never seen a live bat in the store flying around! I shop at Giant Eagle almost every day and have never seen a live bat in the store ......If you can not show your name with your post then who is going to believe an anonymously post???? I know I would'nt! Just someone trying to get people from shopping at the Titusville Gaint Eagle Store
I ha be not been back in this store since my youngest son almost got bit by a live bat that was hanging in the frozen food section then when I told the manger he said that was only the 2nd one they had in there since the store open now my son is scared to go back in that store and they never offer him anything even after I called the main head quarters.
