Had a cake made for my wife’s birthday. It was supposed to look like the skull in picture 2. I had to fill out a long order form and be asked a million questions. The cake was also supposed to say “happy birthday” on it. As you can see in picture 1, it looks nothing like what it was supposed to, nor does it say “happy birthday.” I only get birthday cakes at this giant eagle, store 0059. Tonight, after working over a 12 hour day, I grabbed my daughter and ran to giant eagle for formula and groceries for my family. We got there at 8:40pm, and the store closed at 9. I get through 90% of the isles in that 20 minutes until I hear for everyone to check out because the store is closing. use to be a nice place but lately they've become jerks especially the manager. their mask policy is ridiculous Theres suppose to be exemptions for people who can't wear them do to medical reasons but they give none. they suggest curbside but some people cant use it and for those who can the thing glitches after seen how the manager acts towards people without mask I'll never use this store again or any giant eagle. other stores aren't like this. but even before these issues they had issues. their pharmacy is horrible! some o... read more

I spent over 400.00 at the store and came home with a moldy meat and cheese tray and my fruit turned moldy 2 days after purchase. I recommend shopping here if your looking to purchase mold.
Because they take away your rights, pushing people to wear masks that don't work even the CDC says healthy people should not be wearing them. on top of that most of their employees don't wear them correct anyway .

So I show up earlier today and was immediately accosted and harassed by 2 employees over my medical conditions that prohibit me from wearing face coverings. Despite explaining section 3 of the state mask mandate which clearly provides medical exemptions, and how the were violating the ADA, they continued to act in a hostile and harassing manner.
