RecommendedIt's the end of July, and normally I'd be making a trip to Giant Eagle to pick up gallon jugs of water and various supplies for my camp at Cooper's Lake. Pennsic isn't happening this year, but I wanted to say how much I appreciate the fact that I can always count on your store to carry what I need to get things set up. Looking forward to seeing you again next summer!
RecommendedI was a Kroger shopper for over 20 years; tried our Giant Eagle; very impressed.
Wife just went to the deli counter to order steaks....employees response? “I’m trying to get out of here I don’t have time to trim anything. It’s Saturday try again tomorrow” We don’t need them for tomorrow. Great customer service. What a joke.
I have shopped at this store forc25 years.....the service, selection, attitude of staff, the way groceries are packed! ALL bad!! i wish there was somewhere else to go! I am not driving to Erie!!!
I actually got kicked out of the express lane because I was 3 items over. All other check outs were full and express was empty however she felt the need to tell me to wait in line because I was “way” over 12 items at 15. I understand that y’all have jobs to do, but seriously folks.....if y’all have lines formed, please allow a basket of 15 at the 12 😑 and don’t shame the person throwing their money at you
Giant Eagle just denied entrance to their store to some 70+ year old man with obvious health problems who tried to tell the lady he couldn't wear a mask but she told him oh well. 🤬
Giant eagle refused two customers at their GetGo location. One which walked up with a drink in hand who then walked out the door after being informed he was not allowed to purchase the drink because he had no mask on. Then myself while wanting to purchase gas and a gift card.
