How is this acceptable to present this writing to my niece for her birthday cake! We had to pay for the cake before we have the writing on but what kind of print is this. I felt so bad for my niece and embarrassed. My sister was so upset Giant Eagle pls address this issue..
I brought some oatmeal raisin cookies and I'm not qyut sure what they are. They taste like poorly made peanit butter cookies. No raisins. But I mainly went for a 12 pack of caffeine free Coke not too many people have caffeine free Coke. But it cost $5.79. That's kinda high. But Gaint Eagle is a place I stopped shopping since they closed our store on Buckeye Road.
Do NOT use their Curbside Express service. I've used them twice and each time, the orders were WRONG. I ordered produce, deli meat and cheese and both times, every item was incorrect quantity and type. The "shoppers" are careless and dont know how to select items. Pickup service is slow and they dont answer the pickup line half the time. I waited 45 minutes for service. Unacceptable.
RecommendedI like shopping at Giant Eagle, it is close were I live , I know were everything is, sellers are nice, only two not that friendly. But a few times I was disappointed! Found bad avocados, black inside, and today I bought a bag of onions on special for $2.99 and were half rotten! I’m going to start taking it back so they are made more aware!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with your bakery. I ordered a cake for my daughters 1st birthday party, which is this Saturday. I ordered the cake over a week ago and get a phone call yesterday saying they don’t do the cake design that the girl said they did and could do!! Bought two watermelons today- one was rotten inside. The store wanted me to return the rotten watermelon to them. Also bought Gorgonzola cheese, it had an expiration date of November 2017. One bad watermelon is understandable- but cheese that has been sitting on the shelf for more than 6 months longer than it should? This is unacceptable. Won’t be shopping at this giant eagle any more- if I shop at any GE again. Better prices at aldi, acme, and luckys- and no issues of rotted overpriced watermelons
