I have been a Giant delivery customer for several years. The standard has slipped badly. Last order had six missing items that I was charged for. What once was an occasional incovience has become a frequent occurrence. DO NOT USE.

Giant ghosted me twice. I was using Giant Direct delivery for a boy a year and raved about how great it was. I then placed an order that never arrived. I looked on the Giant App and it was not in my history. I called and the representative said that they could see it but I wasn’t charged. I had such a great experience previously that I gave Giant Direct delivery another chance approximately 3 weeks later and had the same exact thing happen. Rude as hell the white lady im guessing shes a manager with blonde hair and crazy looking ponytail told me she was going to call the police after i was instructed by my childs father cristian smith to wait for him outside of his job because i had no other way to pick up our son from my moms house so disrespectful!!

The supervisor at the Island Ave location personally came out and brought an item that was left behind! Definitely stop 10 customer service and way above and beyond my expectations! Thanks again!
