I grew up in San Diego riding this roller coaster as a kid! And 35 years later is still just as fun as it was back then!
I lived across the street when it wasn't running in the late 70s . I moved to TX and came back for a visit 22 years later . That's great it's running and the park is cool , but all the traffic and tourist and rules was all to much . A lot of the cool places such as Tugs are stores . I was in the first Miss Mission beach contest at Hammels . Glad to see its still there . I probably won't be back there again because it's lost it charm to me .
