I waited 30 minutes for pasta while watching others who requested it after me receive their food before me. I do not like fish although my husband does so I'm here for the pasta. I am beyond upset at this, an not just for the long wait. The waitress called a manager to the table an I explained. Her sarcastic remark was "well this is a buffet place, you kinda have to walk". We have been coming here for at least 5 years, this is the first year we had a really bad experience. The lady in the front taking names was incompetent and so, so rude. The crab legs were gross, salty and barely full legs. The management was HORRIFIC, and needed twice, and was worse with each experience. It's nice that they fill the trays often, but they practically mow you over to do it. The only saving grace was our server Karen #201, she made the experience bearable.
Food was really good. The buffet has something for everyone.
A new family favorite for us! We absolutely love this place and will continue coming back in the future! We got there when it opened one day this past week and the food was delicious!! I can't say enough great things about The Giant Crab! We love it!!!
Went to Myrtle Beach for vacation and absolutely loved the selection of seafood and other items on the buffet. Very very pleased customer and when we visit somewhere with a Giant Crab my family will definitely be back.
They were very busy & still the food was dried out & old. 2 different kinds of chicken were so hard you couldnt even bite into it. The macoroni & cheese tasted spoiled, mashed potatoes tasted only of milk. Fried seafood was hard & dried out. Cakes were dried out & nasty. We addressed the manager she came with an attitude. Dried out nasty food. Everything was old or spoiled. Manager was rude & unwilling to do anything about it. Will not go there again.
The crab legs were outstanding and the food and variety was great.
Food is really good. Why is ♿parking so far away from the front door? I come here every year. This year I'm disabled. Felt like I had to walk forever just to get in. But, regular parking spaces are right up front at the doors??? Very disappointed.
