Bought a bike online which they didn’t have. Was told I’d be refunded and am now 12 business days into and still not refund. Can’t get return emails, tried calling every number available but am told by a computer no one is available then it hangs up the call. HORRIBLE company to deal with. No customer service and possibly stealing my money.
I love Giant bikes, this is just a corporate office, no showroom or store that was open.
