Delicious so creamy and done just right..
What we love about Giannos...I love the open kitchen... you can see where and by whom your food is being cooked. It gives the impression that they have nothing to hide. All of the staff...from the hostess, to the waitstaff, to the kitchen staff, are professional-looking and seem to all "be on the same team". My family and I had dinner here tonight for the first time since moving to high point. Everything was AMAZING. We aren't sure whether we are more impressed with the food or the service. Crystal was FANTASTIC! She went above and beyond to make our meal perfect. The Gianno's Margarita is the best I've had in High Point, so far. The Charleston chicken and veal parmesan were excellent, and incredibly filling. We will definitely be back soon! 10/10
We were there for a celebration of life for my uncle who passed away and the food was delicious and the wait staff were awesome

We love Gianno's! Our little boy got to make his own pizza in the brick oven tonight! So sweet of the staff to do something special with him!

We absolutely loved our dinner last night! We had a party of 8 and everyone's dinner came out promptly and perfectly. Probably the best part was our server, Tahtiana. She provided the best service we've had in a long time. Her knowledge of the menu and what people have liked before was great. Well done!!!
