What we love about Giannos...I love the open kitchen... you can see where and by whom your food is being cooked. It gives the impression that they have nothing to hide. All of the staff...from the hostess, to the waitstaff, to the kitchen staff, are professional-looking and seem to all "be on the same team". Tonight several came to our table to either take our order, bring our food, or fill our glasses, and they all would thank each other in passing. There just seems to be a comraderie there.
