Dr. Iacobellis has been a joy to work with. Working with him has gotten my A1C/GMI to the best its ever been. He's extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and caring. The office is very responsive as well.

The dr is very experienced in type 2 Diabetes and obesity. However, I would never recommend for TD1 and unfortunately the endocrinology department in Lennar Center is very disorganized. The doctor didn’t know I couldn’t make follow up appointment before leaving and wasn’t ALLOWED to speak to nurse practitioner to make sure she knew about CGMs, had the capacity to communicate with pump and CGM, etc. Very disappointed!
Dr Jacob Ellis has always been very thorough very explicit in his explanations and has looked at all the different alternatives before he prescribes any medication, discuss it with me and explain the pros and cons every time I have been with him. It's been a pleasure someone that really cares and knows what he's talking about. Not only that someone that is willing to look alternative a new things and make me feel better and safe. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobelli's to anyone that ask
