Very professional I have had extractions and a partial denture and found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful
Unfortunately my wife and siblings have had similarly negative experiences over the years that only recently FINALLY reached the point where we switched dentists. Our primary issues were: - Repeated fillings issues (need to be replaced, replaced again, and eventually a full crown is the only option...much more involved and expensive) - near constant upselling into more expensive procedures (veneers, etc) - 1 somewhat-botched root canal Maybe our experiences were not typical. Ask around before you consider this dentist.
i have a very long history with dr g. he has never made a mistake, and has restored my mouth with such expertise and professionalism while making me feel like family. he has made a stressful experience pleasant each and every visit!!
I've been going to Dr. G (and his son Dr. Joe) for over 15 years. Until recently, I've been very satisfied. The office is small, but impeccably neat and clean. Over the past several years, many upgrades and improvements have been added (like digital x-rays). The entire staff is exceptionally nice and friendly. I had horrible crooked and chipped front teeth since I was 12 and chipped my front tooth on a theme park ride. I went in at 26 and he fixed it right up. The way he worked on them, my teeth look completely straight and perfect! I get compliments on my smile all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend this dentist. I am upset because I'm moving out of state. Excellent service, work and atmosphere.

I started seeing Dr Giangrasso about 10 years ago when I was working in Boston. He's located right on Hanover street in the north end. I won't go anywhere else even though I live and work in the suburbs now. Dr Giangrasso's son joined the team about 4 years ago and the office has a really warm family feel. They know you there.
