Excellent Dr. Lam
It was better when they were FCPP. The staff was more pleasant and they knew me by name. I started with Dr. Chin on Florida Ave for years. I knew something was wrong when turnover of doctors and great staff was happening. I went through 2 more doctors before transferring to the Conant office only to have my new doctor of 6 months also leave. I ended up staying at the Conant office. Then HealthyU took over and I noticed how we can no longer contact staff directly, there's no on-call doctor, staff are miserable, overworked, sn... read more
