I felt that my MA (Brad) listened to my concerns, treated me as though he understood what I was saying. Dr. Giancarlo also has given the respect of a fellow physician. I thank him for his gentle kind way he treats me. I have been with has group for the past twelve years and the whole faculty has been just as caring as Dr. Giancarlo. I have also said, it begins at the top.

I have seen 8 neuros prior to seeing Dr. Giancarlo. First neuro I've seen that knows about muscular dystrophy, migraines and dysautonomia/POTS. My first appointment was thorough. He was understanding, listened and had suggestions. What I don't like is I'm told I will never see the doctor again, and need to make future appointments with the NP. They seem nice enough & knowledgeable. Waited 45 minutes to checkout in Sterling Hgts. Staff somewhat rude and follow-up almost impossible. Utica tiny

Dr. seemed to be very understanding of my pain and most knowledgeable and up to date on chronic migraines. The staff was kind and on time and unnecessary questions were not asked. Thank you very much

I have never been to a neurologist before or had any MRIs done before either,and I was super nervous and scared at the time of my visit. The doctor and staff made me feel really comfortable, calm & relax.

Dr. Giancarlo was the only Doctor who could figure out what was wrong with me. I was told to get all these testings done and I simply needed one. I appreciate all he has done for me.

my appointment was for botox .Sherry did it . She is a wonderful caring person. she makes sure you are doing ok.she is very gentle . hope she stays at the practice forever.

Have been coming to his practice for over 12+ years. Got diagnosed with MS and been fighting it with his help and fellow workers there. But I think he has gotten to big for his own good. I go for monthly infusion and need a new script and can't get in contact with any one. Been leaving messages and no response. Tires of this. My symptoms are coming back with no sign of getting an infusion. Also tired of never dealing with him. I always see a up and coming learning doctor. Thinking of leaving.

Rarely able to see him v PA. Would have to allow at least 2-3 hours for office visits and when seeing him v PA after waiting a couple of hours would spend maybe 10 minutes with me. I was his patient for 20+ years and showed up for my appointment only to be told they didn't accept my insurance any more and I could still see him but would have to pay out of pocket. Why wasn't I notified prior to showing up for my appointment. It wasn't my first visit had been going there for 20 years.
