Really unpleasant intake - after not responding to contact form for over a month, I followed up with a phone call and when they got back to me they said that many of their email/form messages were in spam and they had missed them and only found them due to my call. The interaction that followed was sorely lacking in professionalism, as one can imagine based on the e-mail situation.
