Food is wonderful but the service has went straight down hill since the lady host (who seemed to basically run the place) left! We still visit but definitely not as frequent as before unfortunately.
I was introduced to Giacomo's just over a year ago by my girlfriend. She's known Giacomo and his family since she was a kid, eating his food at other restaurants before he opened his own in the University area. I've thoroughly enjoyed their food over the last twelve months; the kitchen gets the food out quickly, I've never had a dish I didn't enjoy, and the kitchen staff is very polite and all smiles.
