RecommendedI am the chef of a very respectable retirement community in Greensboro. I came into the shop today with a extremely large last minute request, we needed enough ravioli to feed 200 people. Giacomo himself helped me through the process, and he nearly cleaned out his entire supply to help feed the elderly in this crazy time. On behalf of our residents and staff, we thank you for being open through this difficult time and providing us with the best pasta in town. Please help our community, and support a local business like this.

5 stars isn’t enough. They have the freshest best tasting food I have had. As a plus you can get their products at Harris Teeter! If you are in the area you should stop buy.

I just had THE BEST SANDWICH EVER! Sausage Parmesan; I cannot even describe the bread, the homemade sausage, the sauce. Incredible! I'll be back for sure!
I've been a customer of Giacomo's since they were on High Point Rd (which is now Gate City Blvd). The commitment to superb food and to it's customers is simply unmatched.
Hands down, the best Italian cold cuts in NC. It costs more than the deli at Food Lion, but it’s worth every penny. The staff was very cool and the kicker is that Greenfield’s (home of the best bagels in NC) is literally right across the street. Highly recommend.
Best sandwich in town! Fresh baked bread and the marinated zucchini is wonderful beyond words. The service is always great as well.
