Best ever Italian deli. As good as top rated Italian deli's in New York if not better. Seriously!! Great workers, friendly and they love there job and pleasing the customer!

I just had THE BEST SANDWICH EVER! Sausage Parmesan; I cannot even describe the bread, the homemade sausage, the sauce. Incredible! I'll be back for sure!
I've been a customer of Giacomo's since they were on High Point Rd (which is now Gate City Blvd). The commitment to superb food and to it's customers is simply unmatched.
Hands down, the best Italian cold cuts in NC. It costs more than the deli at Food Lion, but it’s worth every penny. The staff was very cool and the kicker is that Greenfield’s (home of the best bagels in NC) is literally right across the street. Highly recommend.
Best sandwich in town! Fresh baked bread and the marinated zucchini is wonderful beyond words. The service is always great as well.
