Good selection of hard-to-find Italian goods Giacomo's has a decent selection of those hard-to-find Italian goodies in Greensboro. I tried their sandwich, but it was incredibly overpriced in my opinion (although it was tasty). I usually only stop in there when I'm in a pinch and can't find what I need elsewhere.
Giacomo's Italian Market Inc is OK I've gotten good tasting deli meat at Giacomo's. I love the salami! The prosciutto I got was decent. The prices are a bit higher than at other places.

RecommendedI’ve said it before and I will say it again, Giacomo’s Italian Market at 2109 New Garden Road in Greensboro has the most authentic Italian food and the best subs you will ever taste. Hands down it’s the best in the entire state of North Carolina.
I'm never eating anywhere else again for the rest of my life I'm obsessed! I've never had sausage that tastes like that before and I've never had a tomato and mozzarella salad so delicious I'll be back tomorrow 😂
You can't go wrong with the Pauly Walnuts sandwich and the seafood salad.
Everything was delicious, just like being back in NY. Highly recommend. Service was fabulous too!
