I am from an Italian family in Brooklyn NY and this is the only place in the Triad I can find to buy Italian products. There deli products are fabulous also.
Walking into Giacomo's is like visiting my hometown of Norristown, PA. and I think my nana, Rose Rosiello and grandma, Liz Furillo, are in the kitchen.
With no doubt, one of the best places to eat in Greensboro. The food is beyond excellent and the staff is even better. Nick is one of the nicest guys I have ever met!!!

Having grown up in NY with an extended Italian family I can attest that Giacomo's Italian Market is the real deal! Fantastic food and a cozy "deli" setting that just can't be beat.
My physician told me about Giacomo's, and my family, friends and I have lived it ever since. We just ate there yesterday and my sister got tons of food for the Italian Fest she prepares every fall. I luve the Paisano and my sister's go-to sandwich us the Italian stallion.
In town for the weekend and my friend's explained this place had the best sandwiches. They did not lead me astray! I tried the Hamover Paradise and it was excellent! This isn't a fast food chain sandwich thrown together just to get you out the door. This is nothing but quality ingredients. And the staff? The definition of helpful and courteous.
