Great doctor. Takes time with his patients and listens to them. He explains procedures and when the results come back, he’ll explain those in words that a person understands. If there’s follow-up involved, he’ll have you schedule those appointments immediately or you’ll be notified if they’re in the future.
I will start out on a positive - everyone at the office including Dr Browne were very nice, helpful and reassured me that they were competent and cared. However, my visit was a half hour doctor visit in which no tests were done, and no medication was prescribed. I just talked through my symptoms and was told to come back in a week or two if issues persisted. I was then sent a bill for 769 dollars. Anna Minchillo, APNP was very thorough in getting the medical history of the issues. She ordered three additional tests to be done. The results were in on Saturday, with one of them being abnormal. When we didn’t receive a phone call on Monday morning regarding this, I called that afternoon because we were concerned. I had to leave a message for the nurse to call me back. I have been a patient at GI Associates for 25 yrs and have no complaints. I feel they are some of the best in the Midwest for GI issues.
It is the best quality service that I have ever had.
