Had my colonoscopy here over a year ago. Do not see Dr Clarence Howe! Unprofessional, no bedside manner, rude. Aaaand, im still bleeding profusely from the rear. Called them to try to fix it. Office manager, Kathy, wanted me to come in and start all over. So they can charge my insurance all over again, not to mention, how much worse it my health now? Was charged 90$ to have a 2 min talk with the Doctor and told everything is good (something that could of been said over a phone call) after having my tooth broken during a procedure that cost 550$. When brought to their attention was basically told "oh well" and had to pay for the repair myself.
I got my appointment quickly after calling and my wait once I got there was not very long at all. Mary Fil - PA set me at ease right away going over any issues I had. Kathy Wiggins - RN Mgr was wonderful with all of her help from start to finish. I appreciate so much how my visit was handled and getting me set up for my procedure.
Absolutely amazing staff!!! I would highly recommend any day of the week!! They are very knowledgeable and kind !! Kathy is AMAZING!!!
I was seen as a new patient on 7/7. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a horrible attitude from the lady who checked me in. No greeting whatsoever, just stared at the computer and said “drivers license and insurance”. I planned to just ignore that behavior because that seems to be the going rate here in Tuscaloosa anymore, however, after a huge twist of events, I’m now including every detail of my horrible experience here.
