My wife has been scheduled for colonoscopy tomorrow at 9:30am and they should send an electronic prescription to pharmacy but they didn’t and today I tried to call 3- times to check if they send the prescription or not but they hanged up on my face.
I have never seen a practice and support staff like this one. They are absolutely clueless with what is going on in the office. Biggest waste of time! Do yourself a favor and have no expectations or better yet, go someplace else where they are on the same page about your health care. Pitiful!
Went to GI Associates after my Primary Care doctor wanted something checked out from my annual physical. Got a colonoscopy scheduled with Dr. Rachel Taylor. I could not have been more pleased with her care and professional manner. She is incredibly nice and my procedure was quick and painless! I would certainly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone!
Doctors and care were great. However, the billing and hospital administrators of the North River Surgical Center are running a bait and switch [clarification below] where the facility - North River Surgical Center (an in-network facility with United Health Care) uses doctors from this facility. So, we were charged for the anesthesiologist and the surgeon who are "out-of-network". This wasn't even clear on the billing statements that this is what was happening, and required some significant digging. Another ridiculous example... read more

The employees that work there are top notch from the nurses to the doctor i had seen and the ladies behind the glass that schedule very professional i wish more doctor offices were as good and a shout out to Regina two thumbs up 👍 👍.
