Dr Palmer and her nurse Ms. Wendy are wonderful! They always do the best they can to take care of me and my health.
Considering the circumstances, this visit proved to be one of the most informative and pleasant doctor visits. Ross, the medical assistant, was very knowledgeable and knew which questions to ask to obtain the most detailed answers. Dr. Lopez was very reassuring and seemed genuinely interested in providing the best care possible. The wait time was short and all care flowed effortlessly.
Worst service I’ve received. You have to call 5+ times to get an answer. If you leave a voicemail don’t expect a response or a call back anytime soon. A major hassle to try to get any prescriptions refilled or appointments scheduled. Go anywhere else. Update: I told them how urgently I needed the medication bc I was extremely sick. The nurse told me he’d call me back. I called numerous times and he never answered then just left at 2pm. If you care about your health, please go somewhere else.
Pleasant area. Staff is very nice. Traffic was a nightmare. Construction on main road very confusing. Lots of comfortable seats in waiting room. Small wait. Appointment time on schedule!
so I want to say that I talked to the billing manager bc I got a no show fee and explained to her that I had covid and was very sick and did not receive a text reminder of my appointment but they wouldn't even consider taking the late fee off after I explained to them that I had covid. That's sad that they care more about a no show 50 fee that retaining customers. I won't be back.
