Checked out Ghost Gym Miami for the first time and was very impressed. The layout is clean, modern, and high-energy. They have top-tier machines and plenty of weights for strength training. A tiny bit of room for improvement on spacing out some of the busier equipment zones, but I definitely enjoyed my workout

Great atmosphere and a genuine lifter-friendly environment. The facility is clean, the music/vibe is on point, and the community is supportive and respectful. Dropping just one star as parking near the building can occasionally be a challenge when it's busy, but the gym itself is fantastic

Really solid gym! I love that Ghost Gym is open 24/7, which makes it super convenient for early morning or late-night workouts. The equipment selection is great and well-maintained, and the overall vibe is very focused and motivating. Giving 4 stars only because it can get quite packed during peak evening hours, but overall it’s one of the best training spots in the area

I was ultimately removed from this gym after Alex Uslar became aware of an old news article concerning an arrest of mine. The criminal matter had already been resolved and the record expunged in August 2022, more than half a year before I joined the gym in March 2023. When discussing the situation with me on Instagram, Alex told me that he was concerned about the safety of the gym's members and that my membership would be reviewed pending the outcome of the trial.
